EVENT 1 BEACH & BALL

ELIITE

Complete as many rounds a possible continue the sequence as possible in 15 minutes of:

- Swim and climb to board the boat and return
- 2 slam ball-to-shoulder (60/40kg)
- Swim and climb to board the boat and return
- 4 slam ball-to-shoulder (60/40kg)
- Swim and climb to board the boat and return
- 6 slam ball-to-shoulder (60/40kg)

All athletes work simultaneously. If they match the slam ball, must wait to finish their reps (they can not work two athletes from the same team at the same time)

PRO

Complete as many rounds a possible continue the sequence as possible in 15 minutes of:

- Swim and climb to board the boat and return
- 2 slam ball-to-shoulder (40/20kg)
- Swim and climb to board the boat and return
- 4 slam ball-to-shoulder (40/20kg)
-Swim and climb to board the boat and return
- 6 slam ball-to-shoulder (40/20kg)

All athletes work simultaneously. If they match the slam ball, must wait to finish their reps (they can not work two athletes from the same team at the same time)

EVENT 2A SPRINT OBSTACLES

ELITE & PRO (2A + 2B)

For time. Total time cap 10 minutes.

First:
- The team will be waiting for the start output in order next to the worm.
- Each athlete must run 50 m overcoming obstacles, turn around a cone and zigzag back to give the relay to his partner.

Time cap 2 minutes.

Then:
1 minute rest.

Then:
- All team, with the worm on the shoulder, should perform 20 squats on each obstacle alternating shoulder support (total of 5 obstacles; 20-20-20-20-20)
- Once all the reps, the team must return to the beginning to leave the worm in starting position.
- If the worm touch the ground, all team do 10 synchroniced burpees.

Time cap 8 minutes.

EVENT 2B WORM

ELITE & PRO (2A + 2B)

For time. Total time cap 10 minutes.

First:
- The team will be waiting for the start output in order next to the worm.

For time. Time cap 18 minutes

First, the ATH 1 performs its 40 cal to go to the GHD and do 10 rep, at the ATH 2 passes the row to make their 30 cal.

When the ATH 1 complete 10 rep in the GHD, advances to the bar deadlift to wait ATH 2 complete their reps.

At this time the ATH 3 begins its sequence rowing and GHD meanwhile ATH 1 and ATH 2 do a deadlift hold with 150 kg. The sequence continues at all team complete the all reps of row and GHD.

The GHD reps in elite should be touching in a AbMat located on the floor

Then:

100 partner deadlift (150 kg) with 2 athletes in hanging hold on pull-up
100 synchroniced chest to bar pull-up with the 2 partners in deadlift hold (150 kg)

PRO

For time. Time cap 18 minutes

First, the ATH 1 performs its 40 cal to go to the GHD and do 10 rep, at the ATH 2 passes the row to make their 30 cal.

1 max lift of Clean & Jerk. Time cap 10 minutes, 2 minutes per athlete
The score is a sum of a heaviest lift of each athlete

EVENT 5 - SEMIFINAL

ELITE - TEAM AMANDA

For time. Time cap 25 minutes

45 Snatch 60/35 Kg

PRO - TEAM ELIZABETH

For time. Time cap 35 minutes

Athletes work in a preset order in relays. They must complete all reps of a movement before moving to the next.
In the Muscle ups (RING DIPS in PRO categorie) perform the max reps unbroken. If touch the floor, must handing to the next athlete.

Athletes will be waiting the worm over shoulders. If the worm touch the floor, do ten syncrhoniced burpees
